ILD will develop another build-to-suit facility: the customer is Teutonia Polska, a manufacturer of pushchairs.

The new building will be erected in Wloclawek, Poland, and will comprise a warehouse and production area (4.574m²) and offices (668m²). The facility, which is expected to be completed in August, will faeture modern and productive assembly lines and will be SAP-capable. It will be consistent with Teutonia's vision of engineering excellence and premium quality.

ILD delivers industrial facility to Grupo Antolin

The Belgium developer ILD has recently delivered a new industrial facility in Nededza, Zilina, a strategic location near to Kia Motors production plant. The build-to-suit investment totaling 5.044 m² was ordered by the Spanish company Grupo Antolin, a global supplier of components for vehicle interiors. The plant has an annual production capacity of 150.000 modular headliners.

Frank Van haesendonck CEO

Frank Van haesendonck holds a Master in Business Studies degree and is a qualified real estate agent. He began his career with the global real estate services firm Jones Lang Wootton (currently Jones Lang LaSalle) in Brussels where he worked for five years. From 1995 until 2003 he worked for Healey & Baker (which then became Cushman & Wakefield) heading up the Belgian Industrial Agency Department. In 2003, he became European Business Development Manager and shareholder of a Belgian industrial property developer, specialized in logistics and production-oriented real estate projects, working all over Europe, however, with a strong focus on Central and Eastern Europe. Today he is CEO and shareholder of ILD.

Bart Verhavert General Counsel

Bart Verhavert holds a Master in Law and a Master in Tax degree. He also attended the Private Equity Program at London Business School and the Real Estate Executive Seminar 'Capital Markets, Innovative Ventures and Business Strategy' at Harvard Business School. He started his career working as a corporate lawyer at Cottyn-Lecoutre Law firm in Belgium. From 2001 until 2006 he worked as Secretary General at Robelco, a leading Belgian developer of office buildings, and served as CEO of Royal Properties Group. In 2007, he pursued his career as corporate lawyer at Cottyn-Lecoutre Law firm. He currently is General Counsel and shareholder of ILD.

Filip Vanelstraete Technical Director

Filip Vanelstraete graduated as a Civil Engineer, specialized in thermodynamics and energy technology. He started his career working as Manufacturing and Process Engineer at EMK, a steam boiler and thermal oil boiler manufacturer. In 1992, he joined Technum, a major engineering firm specialized in commercial and industrial projects and a subsidiary of Tractebel, Belgium's largest engineering consultancy firm. As from 1998, he was heading up Technum's Project Management Department. In 2002, he became Engineering Manager and later Contract Manager as well as partner of a Belgian industrial property developer, specialized in logistics and production-oriented real estate projects all over Europe. Currently Filip Vanelstraete is Technical Director and shareholder of ILD.

Kris Ulens Operations Director

Kris Ulens graduated as a Civil Engineer Architect and was registered at the Architects Board of Belgium in 1996. After having served as a freelance architect, he founded ²bc, an architectural and building consultancy office with a wide range of projects. From 1996 until 2003, he worked as a freelance project architect and engineer for the major architectural and engineering offices Technum and Signum. In 2003, he joined Nexity Belgium, a subsidiary of France's leading residential and commercial property developer. In 2005, Kris became Chief Operations Officer of a Belgian industrial property developer focusing on Central and Eastern Europe. Currently, he stands at the helm of a well oiled machine responsible for the timely delivery of ILD's industrial projects all over Europe. Kris is an ILD shareholder.

André Kerremans Business Development Director

André Kerremans holds a Master in Logistics Management. In 1982, André started his career as Logistics and ICT Manager for Belgium with Minit, a retailer specialized in 'while you wait' shoe repair, key duplication, printing, stamps and photo development. He was appointed European Logistics Manager in 1996. In 2000, he joined a Belgian industrial property developer, specialized in logistics and production-oriented real estate projects. In his role of logistics expert, André worked as a consultant for industrial property occupiers in Western, Central and Eastern Europe. Today, he is Business Development Director and shareholder of ILD.

The international automotive group Grupo Antolin has been founded in the fifties in Burgos, Spain by the Antolin family.

The development, design, production and distribution of its products is operated in 22 countries by 86 plants and 20 techni-commercial offices. Currently, more than 10,000 people are working for the group.

The building consists of an operational industrial plant for the assembly of pre-wired cable glands and electrical connectors with annexed offices and technical areas, as well as an operational warehouse for raw materials and finished products.

ILD and its joint venture partner Thys Bouwprojecten acquired Alcatel-Lucents' former production facility along the E313 highway in Geel / Belgium.

- 6 units with a total site area of approx. 132.000 m² were resold to the following companies : Jeni Holding (investor), BE-Trans (transport company) and Boons (earthworks) ;
- ILD and its joint venture partner still own the remaining plot of industrial land with a total surface of approx. 28.000 m².

The total site area amounted to over 160.000 m² and the built area amounted to 39.000 m².
